Our Family

ERI owes all of its success to its family of employees. At ERI, we offer a very literal definition to the term "Family Owned and Operated." Including both management and field workers, only 3 employees are not related to anyone else in the company. Because of this, ERI employees have had many years, inside and outside of the office, learning how to communicate, how to work together, and how to function as a cohesive unit. Each and every employee labors to do their best because each has a larger stake in the company’s success. As a result, our company culture is ever more collaborative in our efforts to provide the best possible service to our customers.
